Brian Pascale is a Partner with WeitzPascale, a law firm representing injury victims throughout New York. Recognizing that lawyers need to keep pace with the times, the firm handles internet torts of the 21st Century as well. To accomplish this Brian created Revenge Porn Advocate, a website dedicated to representing victims of Revenge Porn throughout the United States. Brian further represents individuals and corporations damaged by false and malicious business reviews on websites such as Yelp. In 2017 WeitzPascale launched Defamation Advocate, their website dedicated to helping those affected by slander and libel find legal counsel.

In 2017 Brian also received the Top 10 under 40 Attorney Award for the State of New York from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Due to Brian’s unwavering dedication to his clients, in 2017 the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys named him one of the 10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction in New York.
Brian has been an active member of the New York State Bar Association since 2003. Since 2010 he has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Brian is one of the authors of the Department Updates for the Academy, providing the membership with the latest personal injury case law in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Westchester, and Long Island. Since 2015 Brian has been the Chair of the Academy’s Technology Committee.
Brian is a graduate of Touro College – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D. 2005) and Hofstra University (B.A. 2001). He founded Pascale Law in 2010 prior to meeting Andrew L. Weitz and deciding to create their new firm.
